Purpose:

To determine that an Air Carrier Maintenance Provider (MP) has adequate facilities, equipment, and competent personnel for the proper performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations, and accomplishes maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations in compliance with the air carrier’s maintenance program and applicable sections of its manual.
