4.         Renew DAR designation

 

            4.1        Receive written request for renewal of DAR authorization, along with FAA Form 8110-14, Statement of Qualifications

5.         Cancellation or voluntary surrender of DAR authorization

            5.1        If designee moves outside geographic boundaries, fails to properly perform duties of designation, or DAR's mechanic/repair certificate is suspended, cancelled or revoked, DAR authorization must be terminated
