TASK DESCRIPTION:

Observe the Certificate Holder’s flight attendant training program/course(s) and compare the presentation to the Certificate Holder’s approved flight attendant training program. Document the results of the comparison and any observed deficiencies in the approved program.

 

SUBTASK 1:

Review FAA flight attendant training regulations and guidance material.

Objective/Skill:

Performance:

·          Review the information listed in the supplemental information section contained in DCT 4.2.4.

·          Review the guidance and policy contained in FAA Order 8900.1, Vol. 3, Chap. 23, Sec. 1 and Vol. 6, Chap 2, Sec. 21.

Conditions:

·          Using ATOS DCT EPI 4.2.4 (See Note Below)

·          FAA Order 8900.1, Vol. 3, Chap. 23, Sec. 1 and Vol. 6, Chap. 2, Sec. 21.

Standards:

·              Know how to apply the Management Responsibility and Authority Observables.

Document the results of the observation and any additional deficiencies that have been discovered. Debrief the Certificate Holder and Principal Operations Inspector (POI).
