TASK DESCRIPTION:

Inspect the Certificate Holder’s operational control procedures to determine compliance with the Certificate Holder’s manual. Document the results of the comparison and, in addition, any observed deficiencies in the procedures.

 

SUBTASK 1:

Become familiar with FAA operational control guidance material.

Objective/Skill:

Performance:

Review the information listed in the supplemental information section contained in DCT 3.1.4.

Conditions:

Using ATOS DCT EPI 3.1.4 (See Note Below)

Standards:

IAW Regulatory Requirements and Policy contained in the EPI 3.1.4, Section 1-Performance Observables.

SUBTASK 2:

Become familiar with the policies, procedures, and instructions for the operational control procedures contained in the Certificate Holder’s manual.

To determine if the person identified by the Certificate Holder having responsibility and/or authority for the operational control procedures is qualified, knowledgeable, and recognizes that responsibility and/or authority.
