TASK DESCRIPTION:

 

Conduct the practical test required for an Aircraft Dispatcher certificate.  Document the results and debrief the applicant.

 

SUBTASK 1:

 

Verify the eligibility of the candidate.

Objective / Skill:

Performance: 

Review the candidate’s application.

Conditions:

Using FAA Order 8900.1, Vol. 5, Chap. 5 and 14 CFR Part 65.53.

Standards:

IAW FAA Order 8900.1, Vol. 5, Chap. 5 and 14 CFR Part 65.53.

Knowledge:

·        Understand the Guidance and Policy contained in FAA Order 8900.1, Vol. 5, Chap. 5.

·        Understand the Regulatory Requirements contained in 14 CFR Part 65.53.

·        Understand the Guidance and Policy contained in FAA-S-8081-10 Aircraft Dispatcher Practical Test Standards.

 

SUBTASK 2:

 

Evaluate the applicant’s knowledge and practical skills.

Objective / Skill:

Performance: 

Conduct an oral and practical examination.
