Approve the addition of an aircraft to an existing 121 Certificate Holder’s certificate.

 

SUBTASK 1:

 

Operator/Certificate-Holding District Office (CHDO) preparation.

 

Objective / Skill:

Performance: 

Review request for amendment to operations specifications.

Conditions:

Use the New Aircraft Process Document (NAPD).

Standards:

IAW NAPD.

Knowledge:

·              Understand the Guidance and Policy contained in FAA Order 8900.1.

 

SUBTASK 2:

 

Evaluate the Certificate Holder’s document submission.

Objective / Skill:

Performance: 

Review the documents submitted by the Certificate Holder.

Conditions:

Use the NAPD.

Standards:

IAW NAPD.

Knowledge:

·              Understand the Guidance and Policy contained in FAA Order 8900.1.

 

SUBTASK 3:

 

Systems safety assessment/specific regulatory compliance review.
