1.                                    Receive request for deviation from the requirements of 14 CFR 125

            1.1        Open PTRS record

2.                                    Review the applicant’s letter of request

            2.1        If a deviation is not appropriate, notify applicant

            2.2        Close PTRS record

3.                                    Review the management personnel qualifications and experience
