5.1: Development and Implementation of NextGen Technologies

Task 5.1.4: Confirm with PI that Operator has Conducted Required Validation Tests. Participate in Flyability Evaluations as Required.

 

Purpose

The purpose of this task is to validate the operator’s ability to conduct the operation safely and confirm the validation process is satisfactory for proving runs, simulator demonstrations, etc.

·    Knowledge of NAS operational requirements

·    Knowledge of FAA certification rules, policies, and operational system requirements

·    Skill in applying system safety principles

·    Ability to link local issues with the broader regional, national, and international concerns

·    Knowledge of NextGen technologies

·    Knowledge of NextGen Application Tracker

·    Knowledge of specific ICAO documents and their application

Task Standard

Check all validation test results to see if they meet all critical points identified in validation test plan.
