Task 5.5.3: Receive Approved SP-IFP and Validate Distribution Only to Qualified User/Proponent through the PI and FAA Lines of Business.

The purpose of this task is to distribute the approved procedure for operational use.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required to Perform Task

    Knowledge of NAS operational requirements

    Knowledge of FAA certification rules, policies, and operational system requirements

    Skill in applying system safety principles

    Ability to link local issues with the broader regional, national, and international concerns

    Knowledge of instrument procedures design criteria and publication process

    Knowledge of airport/heliport development

    Knowledge of NOTAM system.

Task Standard

The SP-IFP has been forwarded in a timely manner for operational use.
