5.                                    Cancellation or voluntary surrender of DAR authorization.

5.1                            If designee moves outside geographic boundaries, fails to properly perform duties of designation, or DAR's mechanic/repair certificate is suspended, cancelled, or revoked, DAR authorization must be terminated.
