3.        Document compliance phase

 

3.1                            Team conducts an in-depth review and analysis of the applicant test plan for regulatory compliance, safe operating practices, logic of sequence, and other areas (such as training programs, crew and dispatcher qualifications, acceptable participants and schedules.)
