1.         Determine need to evaluate aircraft lease(s)

 

            1.1        Receive proposed aircraft lease(s) from applicant

            1.2        Open PTRS record

2.                                    Review lease documents

3.         Forward lease to regional legal counsel for review/legal interpretation and comment
