Purpose :

To determine if an aircraft operator has developed an acceptable operations manual for use in motion picture and television filming production, and if the aircraft operator has developed safe operating procedures, guidelines, and criteria, if necessary, to operate below the altitudes required in Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 91 for aerobatic flight
