Guidelines For (O) & (M) Procedures

The Flight Operations Evaluation Board (FOEB) has identified a need for certain procedures to provide an adequate level of safety while providing relief for some items.  These procedures must be established by the operator and may be based on the aircraft manufacturerís recommended procedures, Supplemental Type Certificate modifierís recommended procedures, or equivalent operator procedures.  When recommended procedures are published the operator should comply with these procedures.

Learjet has developed recommended operational (O) and maintenance (M) procedures for the Learjet 45 (70/75) MMEL. Operatorís MEL procedures should be based on the Learjet 45 (70/75) Dispatch Deviation Guide (DDG), (P/N: MP-173).
