Paragraph 7-81 General - Reference to FAA Order 8900.1, Volume 14 Compliance and Enforcement/Pilot's Bill of Rights added.

Paragraph 7-81A. SAO specialists should be consulted when an oceanic error occurs. SAO specialist replaces the term navigation specialist throughout this section.

Paragraph 7-81B. Applicability. Guidance on foreign operators flying within U.S. ATC controlled airspace is added here.

Paragraph 7-81 D 4) Time Errors. Distinction is made between ICAO Annex 2, Rules of the Air, definition of time error (in excess of 2 minutes) versus NAT Doc 007, North Atlantic Operations and Airspace Manual, which states "3 minutes or more".

Paragraph 7-81G 1) Updated with current reference, removed antiquated language.

Paragraph 7-81 H Strategic Lateral Offset Procedures (SLOP) are referenced to the source documents in ICAO Doc 4444 Procedures for Air Navigation Services - Air Traffic Management (PANS-ATM) and NAT Doc 007.
