TASK DESCRIPTION:

Conduct an enforcement investigation to determine if a violation of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) has occurred. Document the results of the investigation.

 

SUBTASK 1:

Conduct preliminary investigation to determine if a potential violation of the CFRs was committed.

Objective/Skill:

Performance:

Review and analyze facts and appropriate CFRs to determine if further investigation is warranted.

Processes defined in FAA Order 2150.3, Chap. 2 and FAA Order 8900.1, Vol. 14, Chap. 2, Sec. 1.
