5.3.       Check the paragraphs for accuracy and digitally sign when complete, this authorizes the paragraph. The final authorizations can be printed and physically signed or if the operator/applicant has electronic signature capability, the authorizations can be electronically signed.

NOTE: The FAA must sign (electronically) to issue/activate the authorization to the operator's grid as a final document for issuance.
